Privacy Policy

1. Account & Sign-In Information

If you choose to sign in (e.g., with Google login), some basic information is stored:

• your name (from your Google profile)
• your email address
• your profile photo (optional, depends on your Google settings)

This is used only so you can access your own data inside the app — nothing more.

I don't sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone.

2. What Data FocusFlow Stores

To support core features (planning, tasks, reflections), the app stores:

• weekly goals, daily intentions, tasks
• Pomodoro sessions and time spent
• reflection entries
• affirmations (if you add your own)
• general app settings

This data belongs to you, and only you can access it when logged in.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

Like most websites, I use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns — for example:

• how many people visit the site
• which pages are viewed
• general device/browser information

This helps me improve the site and understand what people find useful.

• Google Analytics does not give me access to your personal identity.
• Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

4. Cookies

Cookies are used for two purposes:

• Authentication — to keep you logged in
• Analytics — via Google Analytics

No advertising cookies are used, and no cross-site tracking is performed.

5. Third-Party Services

FocusFlow may rely on third-party services such as:

• Supabase (for authentication & database)
• Google Analytics (for visitorship tracking)
• OpenAI / AI APIs (for affirmations, insights, etc.)

These services have their own privacy policies.

I don't control them, but I use reputable platforms that take security seriously.

6. How Your Data is Used

In short: only to show you your own content and to help the app function.

I don't use your data for:

• advertising
• selling to third parties
• behavioural profiling
• commercial targeting

This is a personal project — not a business.

7. Data Security

Your data is stored securely via Supabase.

I do my best to keep things safe, but like any modern web service, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. If You Want Your Data Deleted

Simply request for the deletion within the app and ALL you data will magically disappear immediately.

9. Updates to This Policy

If I add new features or significantly change the app, I'll update this page and highlight the changes.
